Privacy Policy
Pillarpip · last updated November 6, 2026Pillarpip is a casual hopping game made by Reshvita. We collect as little as possible. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play.
What stays on your device
Your progress (score, level, coins, outfits, settings and achievements) is saved in your browser or app storage on your own device. Clearing the app's or browser's data erases it, unless it is also saved to a Pillarpip account (below).
Pillarpip accounts (our website and Telegram)
On our website (pillarpip.pages.dev) and in our Telegram game, your progress can also be saved to a Pillarpip account on our server, so it and your purchases follow you to other devices:
- Telegram: the account is linked to your Telegram user ID, and we keep your Telegram first name to show who is signed in.
- Website: an account is made only if you sign in or buy something. You can sign in with Telegram (we receive your Telegram user ID and first name), with Google (Google tells us your email address and that it is verified; we never get your Google password or anything else from your Google account), or with your email address (we email you a one-time 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes; emails are sent through our email provider, Resend). If you buy something without signing in, a guest account without any name or email is kept so the purchase is never lost.
- Your email is used for sign-in only. We use it to send your sign-in code and to find your account when you sign in. We never send newsletters or marketing, never show your email to other players, and never sell or share it. Telegram players can add an email in Settings so they can also sign in on the website. Google's sign-in script loads only when you open the sign-in screen.
- The account holds your game progress, the items you bought and, if you came through a creator's link, which creator referred you.
We use this only to run the game, restore purchases and pay creators their share. You can delete your account and its cloud save anytime in Settings → Delete my account.
Game usage statistics (our website and Telegram)
To see what works and what to fix, the game on our website and in Telegram sends usage statistics to our own server: when the game is first opened, when a run starts and ends (a score range and how it ended), which button you tap after a fall, when an ad is watched, and when a purchase is started or completed. They carry a random ID that the game creates and keeps in your device's storage; we store only a scrambled (hashed) form of it, with daily totals, the first and last day that ID was seen, and whether it ever made a purchase. They are not linked to your name, email, Telegram ID or Pillarpip account. Players in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland send counts only: no random ID is created or stored for them. To block abuse, our server keeps a scrambled form of your IP address for about an hour, and our host Cloudflare processes IP addresses to deliver the site. Per-ID records are deleted after 13 months without activity; daily totals have no ID and may be kept. To stop them, turn off Settings → Usage statistics, or turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser; Settings → Erase local data also deletes the random ID. The game on game sites (CrazyGames, Poki, Yandex, itch.io) and in the Android app does not send these statistics to us.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location to play. Signing in is optional, and an email you give us is used for sign-in only.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We never see your card or payment details.
Advertising
Depending on where you play, ads are shown by the platform's ad partner: CrazyGames, Poki, Yandex Games, or Google AdMob (Android app). These partners may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location from your IP address, and app interaction data, and may use cookies, to show and measure ads under their own privacy policies. Rewarded ads are optional and only play when you tap to watch one. Short ad breaks may also appear between runs, unless you buy No Ads. In the Android app, users in regions that require it are asked for consent before personalised ads, and can change that choice anytime in Settings → Privacy choices. In the Android app, ads are limited to content rated PG (parental guidance) or lower.
Purchases
Real-money purchases are processed entirely by the payment provider: Google Play (Android), Telegram Stars (Telegram), or Stripe (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on our website, where offered). We never see your card or payment details.
- Website (Stripe): Stripe collects your payment details, email and billing country or postal code (for receipts, fraud prevention and sales tax) under its own privacy policy. We receive and keep a record of each payment (your Pillarpip account, item, amount, tax, Stripe payment ID and date) so we can deliver the item, help with or refund it, and keep business records.
- Android: purchase records are handled through RevenueCat (an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history) so purchases can be restored on a new device.
- Telegram: to create a Stars invoice our server receives the Telegram user data that Telegram shares with mini apps (your Telegram user ID, name, username and language). We keep a record of each payment (user ID, username, item, amount, Telegram payment ID and date) so we can help with or refund a purchase. We use this only for payments and support. We also keep a list of the one-time items you bought, so the Restore button can return them on another device. Our payment records are kept for support and refunds; email us to have them deleted.
How long we keep data
Usage statistics: per-ID records are deleted after 13 months without activity (see above). Game progress stays on your device until you erase it. Account cloud saves are kept until you delete your account; unused guest accounts may be removed after a long time. Payment records (Stripe and Telegram) are kept as long as needed for support, refunds, tax and legal record-keeping, even after an account is deleted. Email us with any request about them.
Children
Pillarpip is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can erase all game data on your device at any time in Settings → Erase local data, or by clearing the app's storage. You can sign out, or delete your Pillarpip account and its cloud save, in Settings. For questions about ad personalization, use your device's ad settings or the platform's privacy controls.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
